1950 Mission is a 100% affordable building with 157 apartments, 20% of which will be set aside for formerly homeless families. Amenities include rooftop farming, a midblock "art alley" lined with studios,and a public courtyard with an outdoor kitchen. Developed with Bridge Housing and Mission Housing, the building will provide on site social services, Mission Girls mentorship programs and a Head Start.
