Balay School Bus Conversion, Kapwa Gardens
We were tasked with converting the Balay Bus, a focal point of the Kapwa Gardens into a sanctuary to be used by the hardworking garden team and managers. Our design is a system of modular furniture components using a green and yellow palette with a focus on wellness and vibrancy. We worked closely with fabricators and volunteers on site to realize the design which was presented at the AIASF’s Architecture and the City Festival in 2021.
