We are a full service, POC/women owned architecture and design practice located in Oakland, California.A remodel in Oakland for a family of 3 humans + 2 cats. This project included the challenge of making a small house feel bigger while staying within the existing envelope. The new bathroom is designed to be ample and lush and an attic space adds a large flexible space to the 900 sq ft home.
